Current Recruitment Campaigns

Participate in the Sustainability Excellence Programme, to follow an internship on topics related to Sustainability.

The programme, aimed at recent graduates in STEM disciplines and Economic Sciences, will take place at one of the Leonardo's sites in Rome and will last six months, during which a training phase will be provided in collaboration with "Sole 24 ORE Formazione".

You will give your contribution to the implementation of projects with a strong social and environmental impact, capable of bringing value to the communities and territories in which our Group operates, through increasingly effective solutions for global security.

During the internship, mentors and tutors will be at your side to help you best develop your potential and aptitudes.

At the end of the internship period, you will have the opportunity to continue your path in one of the different Leonardo’s sites in Italy.

Your commitment will help transform technological innovation and research into increasingly advanced solutions for the protection of the planet and people.

Requirements to participate in the selection

  • Master's degree in STEM and Economic Sciences

Join the 2nd edition of HR Graduate Programme, aimed at developing new professionals with digital skills and a data-driven approach to Human Resources, and become part of the Leonardo Group.


The programme, aimed at recent graduates, preferably in Economics or Management Engineering, offers the possibility of embarking on a career path in Leonardo.

Programme phases and duration

 

 

Participants will be supported by Mentors, Tutors and Buddies, who will guide them throughout the entire path.

At the end of the Programme, the new professionals will join our Human Resources teams in the different Group sites, filling one of the following roles:

  • HR Business Partner, at the Foggia, Roma or Varese sites
  • Organisational Development, at one of the offices in Rome
  • People Analytics and Transformation, at the Rome, Cascina Costa di Samarate (VA) sites
  • Site management, at the Nerviano (MI), La Spezia, Montevarchi (AR), Torino or Caselle (TO) sites

 

 

Selection requirements

 

  • Master's degree, preferably in Economics or Management Engineering
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Problem solving skills in response to changing contexts and digital trends 
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactivity, curiosity, aptitude for in-depth study
  • Study/work period abroad (preferential requirement)
