Join the 2nd edition of HR Graduate Programme, aimed at developing new professionals with digital skills and a data-driven approach to Human Resources, and become part of the Leonardo Group.
The programme, aimed at recent graduates, preferably in Economics or Management Engineering, offers the possibility of embarking on a career path in Leonardo.
Applications closed on 9 June 2024.
Programme phases and duration
Participants will be supported by Mentors, Tutors and Buddies, who will guide them throughout the entire path.
At the end of the Programme, the new professionals will join our Human Resources teams in the different Group sites, filling one of the following roles:
- HR Business Partner, at the Foggia, Roma or Varese sites
- Organisational Development, at one of the offices in Rome
- People Analytics and Transformation, at the Rome, Cascina Costa di Samarate (VA) sites
- Site management, at the Nerviano (MI), La Spezia, Montevarchi (AR), Torino or Caselle (TO) sites
Selection requirements
- Master's degree, preferably in Economics or Management Engineering
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Problem solving skills in response to changing contexts and digital trends
- Ability to work in a team
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactivity, curiosity, aptitude for in-depth study
- Study/work period abroad (preferential requirement)
FAQ
What type of contract is provided?
The programme offers, from the start, the employment of 10 people on a permanent contract.
How is the selection process carried out?
After receiving the applications, the HR team evaluates and identifies those CVs most closely matching the requirements (June). The selected candidates undergo an introductory interview (June), followed by a group assessment (July). Those who pass both the first and second stages of the selection process participate in a final technical interview (July).
What activities are included in the On-the-Job Training?
Examples of strategic HR activities in this phase of the programme include: implementation of resource development plans, incentive and performance evaluation, skills mapping and management, workforce planning and use of reporting systems, support in identifying transformation and digitisation needs, programme management, business case preparation, benchmarking activities.
