Napolitano

Starting June 2023, Elena Napolitano is the Chief Compliance Officer of Leonardo, at direct report to the CEO. She is Leonardo representative in IFBEC and in the Business & Ethics Committee of ASD, member of the Board of Auditors of the Federation AIAD, member of the Ethics and Compliance Committee in ATR  and in NHI.

Since 2015 she served as Senior Compliance Officer within the organization of Leonardo Group General Counsel. She joined Leonardo (formerly Finmeccanica) Corporate in 2011, being VP Business Compliance and, between 2013 and 2014, VP Commercial Audit within the Group Internal Audit Directorate.

Starting 2008 Elena was Head of Compliance of Alenia Aermacchi, a Leonardo (formerly Finmeccanica) company. Since 1990, when she joined the Finmeccanica (presently Leonardo) Group, Elena covered many other management positions in the Commercial, Legal and Institutional Relations Directorate.
